Garden Of England Run
This day run has been held since 1987 and is designed for easy riding on veteran and vintage machines with comprehensibly marked route. There is the option of a short route in the morning and a total days mileage of 70 to 80 miles.
Starting from Headcorn Airfield in Kent, lunch is taken at the Lord Raglan pub at Rabbits Cross who open specially on the Sunday for us. On return to the airfield in the afternoon, the Sunbeam tradition of tea and cakes takes place. As this is a working airfield, the planes and parachutists providing an interesting back drop to the days events.
