Enjoy a week’s motorcycling in Wales in the company of like minded enthusiasts exploring wonderful scenery riding your pre 1940 solo motorcycle, driving an outfit or appropriate three-wheeler. Accommodation is available at Radnor Revivals, Llanbister with site owners Tim, Bev and Jack Kemp discovering new daily 80 – 100 mile routes for the entrants’ enjoyment with coffee, lunch and afternoon tea stops en route.
Entrants can stop in well equipped comfortable lodges. Also there is ample space for those who wish to stay in campers, caravans or tents for whom a communal wash house with all facilities is available.
Tim, Bev and Jack Kemp have organised the Welsh Week routes since 2015. Now with the retirement of John Appleton and Colin Bentham – to whom we offer out thanks for all their past work on the entrants’ behalf – Tim, Bev and Jack have taken over all organisation on behalf of the Sunbeam MCC Ltd.
Breaking from past tradition for 2019 the Welsh Week is now open to members of other clubs riding / driving pre 1940 solo motorcycles, outfits or appropriate three-wheelers. And of course as usual entries are warmly welcomed from all SMCC Ltd members.
Eligibility: Pre 1940 Machines – SMCC Ltd members and enthusiasts from other clubs
